to differentiate MSCs and iPSCs into adipogenic cells.

This Adipogenic Differentiation Medium is formulated for the in vitro differentiation of mesenchymal stem/stromal cells. As ready-to-use medium, it is suitable for the differentiation of MSCs derived from Adipose tissue, from Bone marrow tisse, from oral tissue suc as Pulpa or Follicle cells. We at CLS have applied AdipoCeLS in iPSCs from DPSC (Dental Pulpa stem/stromal cells), resulting in successful formation of lipid structures inside the cells, which were stained using Oil Red O.
