DNA
Wir bieten genomische DNA (gDNA) hergestellt aus Zelllinien der CLS Zellbank an. Gewonnen wird die gDNA mittels Zelllyse, Zusatz von Proteinase K und RNase A und Reinigung über Säulen. Die Quantität wird mittels Absorptionsmessung im NanoDrop bestimmt. Lagerung der DNA erfolgt im TE Buffer (10 mM Tris-CL; 0.5mM EDTA pH 9.0). Um Versandkosten gering zu halten verschicken wir die DNA zudem bei Raumtemperatur. Die Bedingungen schließen eine Behinderung von PCR oder anderer enzymatischer Reaktionen im Downstream Prozess aus.

- Erstellung einer DNA-Bibliothek
- Genexpressionsstudien
Verkauft wird unsere DNA zu je 5 µg wobei die Konzentration der Lösung auf dem jeweiligen Etikett beschrieben ist. Die gereinigte DNA hat Fragmentlängen von bis zu 50kb. Gerne verkaufen wir unsere DNA auch in größeren Mengen oder als DNA Panels auf Anfrage.
